Hello! My name is Michael!
I am an Orchestrator, Copyist, Music Assistant, and Composer/Lyricist
Recently, I served as the lead writer and orchestrator for the country’s largest student written musical, The Waa-Mu Show. I additionally worked as the lead orchestrator for a full 80’s rock reduction of How To Succeed… Trying (from 25 to 11 players), and worked as a copyist and arranger for both the American Musical Theater Project at Northwestern, and Instrumental Theater’s production of the new musical The Incredible and Definitely True Tale of Franz Mesmer.
My original work has been featured at Northwestern University, including the original musical The Other Self (Book/Music/Lyrics), and 3 years of writing on the Waa Mu Show. I hold a BA in Theater & Musical Theater Composition from Northwestern University.
